Henry VIII and Elizabeth I





Elizabeth's life was full of conflict and turmoil from the moment she was conceived. Her father had changed the course of his country's history in order to marry Anne Boleyn, hoping that she would bear him the son and heir that he so desperately wanted. But, on September 7, 1533 in Greenwich Palace, she bore Elizabeth I.
